For the past 20 years, digital psychological help has been a recognized area of research, and several researchers from both Denmark and abroad, including Sweden, England and Australia, have investigated the effect of online self-therapy programs for various psychological problems. The research indicates that the effect of the programs is good, and that online programs for stress, anxiety and depression, for example, can actually be just as effective as medication and face-to-face talk therapy.We are a Danish startup that is rooted in Danish values and that focuses on helping Danes to get better. All our courses have been developed by psychologists and are based on the latest research in psychology.Our course is based on cognitive behavioral therapy, metacognitive therapy, compassion focused therapy and other evidence-based methods within psychology. These are all methods that can lead to a significant improvement in functional ability and quality of life, and which have proven to be extremely effective in treating a wide range of problems, including depression, anxiety disorders and stress.With the psychological methods we use, we want to help the individual learn to be his own therapist. Through theoretical knowledge and practical exercises that you get in the sessions and as daily exercises between sessions, you are helped to develop your coping skills and learn to manage your thoughts, your feelings and your behavior in new and better ways.We place special emphasis on what needs to be done here and now for you to get better and focus less on what has led to your difficulties. We want to help you move forward and support you in developing more effective ways of dealing with life.
